I am re purposing myself yet again. My adult business life has been spent as a retailer, which I loved, loved, loved. But now the creative part of my brain is screaming to get out. I didn't know I had a creative bone in my body. I'm as surprised as anyone. I started painting in my late forties, taking informal classes with my friend, Karen. Inspiration came and went in spurts. When I retired from retailing and moved back to NJ for the fourth time, it became my "go to" activity every day.
